kiosque.ma is an intermediary service that connects you with merchants and suppliers. We do not handle returns ourselves. Returns are managed by the merchant or supplier according to their own conditions. Our role is to receive your return request and forward it to the relevant party.

How Returns Work

Each merchant or supplier sets its own return policy, including timeframes, item condition requirements, and any fees. Before purchasing, we recommend checking the merchant’s return terms. If you need to return an item, the process is entirely controlled by the merchant or supplier.

Our Intermediary Role

We receive your return request and pass it on to the merchant or supplier. We do not approve, process, or complete returns. We can help clarify the merchant’s return conditions and provide contact details. For assistance, email contact@kiosque.ma.

Steps to Request a Return

• Review the merchant’s return policy on their website or in your order confirmation.
• Contact us at contact@kiosque.ma with your order details and reason for return.
• We will forward your request to the merchant or supplier.
• The merchant or supplier will then guide you through their return process.
